1. Eligibility and User Accounts

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. You may need to create an account to access certain features (e.g., bookings, memberships, retreats). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

 

2. Services Description

Our Services include:

• Personalized Legacy Astrology readings and guidance (including Astrology insights, relocation, relationships, career, and soul blueprints).

• Accu Light Wellness and Legacy Activation (remote or in-person energetic and light-based sessions).

• Starr Path Photography sessions.

• Educational content, courses, skill books, podcast episodes, workshops, and live events.

• Membership programs (including Triple Diamond Membership with loyalty rewards, discounts, and benefits shareable with family/friends).

• Immersive retreats in Cedar City, Utah (“The Omarian Atman Experience”).

All services are provided for personal growth, spiritual insight, and holistic wellness support. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Memberships

• Bookings: All appointments, retreats, and sessions are subject to availability and confirmation. Cancellations and rescheduling policies are specified at the time of booking.

• Payments: We use secure third-party processors. Prices are subject to change. You authorize us to charge the provided payment method for all purchases and recurring membership fees (if applicable).

• Memberships: Triple Diamond and other tiers provide benefits such as discounts (including 50% off services for Triple Diamond members), loyalty rewards, birthday/seasonal/holiday promotions, and gift certificate options. Benefits are non-transferable except as explicitly stated for Triple Diamond sharing privileges. We may modify or terminate membership programs with notice.

• Retreats: The Omarian Atman Experience retreats require full payment in advance unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are limited per our cancellation policy.

 

4. Bookings, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

All bookings, memberships, retreats, and services are subject to availability and require full payment (or deposit as specified) at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

• Individual Sessions & Services (Legacy Astrology, Accu Light Wellness, Legacy Activation, Starr Path Photography, etc.): Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours (2 full business days) prior to the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 100% fee of the scheduled service.

• Retreats (The Omarian Atman Experience): Full payment is required upfront. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the start date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations between 15–30 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior are non-refundable.

• Memberships: Membership fees are billed as agreed (monthly, yearly, etc.) and are generally non-refundable after the initial 14-day cooling-off period (if applicable). You may cancel future recurring billing at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Triple Diamond and other membership benefits cease upon cancellation.

Refund Policy
All services and digital products are provided on a non-refundable basis due to the personalized, time-sensitive, and experiential nature of the work (including preparation time for astrology readings, energy work, photography sessions, and retreat planning).

Exceptions may be considered only in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., documented medical emergencies) at the sole discretion of Omarian Atman Studios LLC. Any approved refund will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method, minus any applicable administrative or processing fees.

Physical Products (e.g., light/sound technology devices, merchandise): Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt in original, unused condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will cover the product price only (excluding original shipping/handling) upon inspection. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable.

No Refunds for No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session, event, or retreat without prior cancellation will result in full forfeiture of payment.

Price Changes & Promotions: Prices are subject to change without notice. Promotional discounts (including birthday, seasonal, holiday, or Triple Diamond 50% offers) are non-transferable except where explicitly stated and cannot be combined unless permitted.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account and services, and you will be responsible for any associated costs we incur.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services (text, images, audio, video, logos, astrology tools, course materials, etc.) is owned by or licensed to Omarian Atman Studios LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission. You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., personal information for readings or photos from your sessions), but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it as necessary to provide the Services. For Starr Path Photography: You grant us permission to capture, edit, and (only with your separate written consent) use or display images for promotional purposes.

 

6. User Conduct and Content

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

• Provide false or misleading information (especially birth data for astrology services).

• Harass, abuse, or interfere with other users.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any security measures.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violations.

 

7. Disclaimers and No Professional Advice

Wellness and Astrology Services: Our services are provided “as is” for educational, spiritual, and personal development purposes only. Light therapy, energy healing, and astrology are complementary practices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Always consult qualified medical or mental health professionals for health concerns. Photography: Images reflect artistic interpretation and are not guaranteed to meet specific expectations. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omarian Atman Studios LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

 

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall first attempt informal resolution. Unresolved disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Iron County, Utah. You agree to waive any objections to venue or jurisdiction in these courts. For international users: You agree that U.S. law applies and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Utah courts, to the extent permitted by your local laws.

 

11. International Users

You are responsible for compliance with all local laws. We make no representation that the Services are appropriate or available outside the United States.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the website. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at our discretion with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, but other provisions (liability, indemnification, governing law) survive.
