You will be the hands-on support that ensures every client session and photography experience is seamless, professional, and transformative. This role directly supports the delivery of core services — especially Starr Path Photography, astrology readings, Accu Light Wellness sessions, and elements of the retreats.

You help create beautiful, energetically aligned experiences while handling the practical and technical details so the founder can focus on deep client work.

 

Core Responsibilities

• Assist with Starr Path Photography sessions: setup, lighting, client direction, equipment management, and basic on-site photo organization.

• Prepare session spaces (studio, healing rooms, retreat areas) to maintain high aesthetic and energetic standards.

• Support client sessions: greeting, pre-session preparation, post-session wrap-up, and follow-up coordination.

• Help manage photography workflow: file organization, basic editing support (or coordination with editors), and delivery of final images.

• Assist during retreats and group events with session logistics, photography, and participant support.

• Maintain equipment, supplies, and studio inventory (lighting, props, healing tools, etc.).

• Help capture high-quality client testimonials, before/after stories, and session content for marketing.

• Provide warm, professional client care and ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s values.

• Support general studio operations and team needs as required.
