You are the first point of contact and the living embodiment of our brand. Clients come to us seeking deep transformation in health, purpose, relationships, and timeline correction. Your presence sets the tone for their entire experience. This is not a traditional receptionist job. You will be a key partner in delivering exceptional, heart-centered service while supporting the operational backbone of a fast-growing conscious business. You will work directly with a visionary founder who blends art, science, spirituality, and high-level strategy.

 

Core Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly (in-person and virtually) and create a calming, professional, and welcoming atmosphere aligned with our brand.

• Manage all incoming calls, emails, and booking inquiries with excellence and timeliness.

• Schedule and confirm appointments across Legacy Astrology, Accu Light Wellness, Legacy Activation, Starr Path Photography, and retreats.

• Support membership onboarding, renewals, and Triple Diamond benefits.

• Coordinate logistics for in-person retreats and events in Cedar City.

• Maintain accurate client records while honoring strict confidentiality (birth data, health information, personal stories).

• Process payments, manage invoices, and support basic financial tracking.

• Prepare client welcome packets, session reminders, and follow-up communications.

• Assist with light content needs (social media scheduling, podcast support, email sequences).

• Keep the studio and front desk area beautiful, organized, and energetically aligned.

• Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and escalate appropriately.

You must be in good physical shape with radiant health and vitality. You possess a calm, soothing yet focused voice and know how to speak quietly and intentionally in a healing space. Your presence carries a noble strength that naturally commands respect. This is supported by a clean, healthy lifestyle that includes no alcohol consumption, no cigarette smoking, and no recreational marijuana or other substance use — in or outside of the workplace.

 

Discretion & Environmental Awareness

Discretion is non-negotiable and forms the foundation of trust in our healing environment. You must demonstrate exceptional environmental, mental, and emotional awareness at all times. This means:

• Constantly being aware of who is in the room or within earshot, using your hearing, sight, and understanding of body proximity and positioning.

• Speaking with care so that sensitive information is never unintentionally overheard.

• Maintaining absolute confidentiality — you may not discuss private client matters, session details, or internal studio information with anyone outside the office, including friends, family, or on social media.

• Exercising high-level loyalty to Omarian Atman. If you need to discuss something sensitive, you must first ask privately for permission and confirmation that it is appropriate before any conversation occurs.
