You will be the creative and technical force behind the “Within the Present Moment” podcast and supporting multimedia content. This role is essential for amplifying the founder’s voice, sharing transformative teachings on Legacy Astrology, Ophiuchus, energy healing, and conscious living, while growing our audience and community.

You will handle end-to-end production — from guest coordination and recording to editing, publishing, and promotion — while ensuring every episode feels professional, energetically aligned, and deeply impactful.

 

Core Responsibilities

• Manage full podcast production cycle: guest outreach, scheduling, recording, editing, and publishing.

• Record, edit, and produce high-quality audio (and video) episodes, including intros, outros, music, and sound design.

• Create short-form clips, trailers, and social media content from long-form episodes.

• Coordinate with guests for “Within the Present Moment” (including managing release forms and scheduling).

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for podcast episodes and related multimedia.

• Optimize episodes for platforms like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, and others (SEO, show notes, thumbnails).

• Collaborate with the Marketing & Content Creator on cross-promotion and lead-generation campaigns.

• Help capture live event and retreat recordings for future episodes.

• Track analytics and suggest improvements to grow listenership and engagement.

• Maintain professional audio equipment and studio recording environment.

 

What Success Looks Like in 90 Days

• Consistent release schedule (e.g., 1–2 episodes per week).

• High production quality with clean, polished sound and engaging presentation.

• Measurable growth in downloads, subscribers, and engagement.

• Strong collaboration with Marketing, Events, and the founder.

• Efficient systems for guest management and content repurposing.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• 2+ years of podcast production, audio editing, or multimedia content creation experience.

• Proficiency with editing software (Audacity, Adobe Audition, GarageBand, or Descript preferred).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent written communication for show notes and promotional copy.

• Creative storytelling ability and a good ear for audio quality.

• Comfort working in a spiritually-oriented, conscious business.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience producing wellness, spirituality, astrology, or personal development podcasts.

• Video editing skills (for YouTube/video podcast versions).

• Guest booking or interview coordination experience.

• Graphic design skills for thumbnails and visuals.
