Photo Release, Consent & Usage Agreement

1. Grant of Rights
I, the undersigned Client/Subject (or parent/legal guardian if the subject is a minor), hereby irrevocably grant to Omarian Atman Studios LLC and its owners, successors, assigns, licensees, and agents (including Starr Path Photography) the perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up, non-exclusive right and license to:

  • Use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit my name, likeness, image, voice, biographical information, and any photographs, video, or other recordings taken during the photography session (collectively, the “Images”) in any manner and for any purpose whatsoever, without any further compensation or notification to me.

This grant includes, but is not limited to, the following uses:

  • Website display, portfolio, and promotional materials on omarianatmanstudios.com and related sites.

  • Social media, marketing, and advertising campaigns.

  • Licensing or sale of the Images to third-party stock photography agencies (e.g., Shutterstock, Getty Images, Adobe Stock, Alamy, or any similar platforms).

  • Use in video content, posters, thumbnails, and multimedia productions.

  • Creation of AI-generated or AI-assisted content, training data, or derivative works.

  • Print, digital, broadcast, and any other current or future media formats and technologies, whether now known or hereafter devised.

I understand and agree that Omarian Atman Studios LLC has no obligation to use the Images and may use them in whole or in part, in any combination, or not at all.

2. Consideration
In exchange for the photography services provided and/or the creation of the Images, I acknowledge that I have received good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which I hereby confirm.

3. Waiver and Release
I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Omarian Atman Studios LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use of the Images as described in this Agreement, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, right of publicity, or any other personal or proprietary rights.

4. Representations
I represent and warrant that:

  • I am the person depicted in the Images (or have full authority to grant these rights on behalf of the subject).

  • I am at least 18 years of age (or a parent/legal guardian signing on behalf of a minor).

  • I have the legal right and authority to enter into this Agreement and grant the rights described herein.

5. No Further Compensation
I understand that I will receive the final edited Images for my personal use. I agree that I am not entitled to any additional compensation, royalties, or fees for any use of the Images by Omarian Atman Studios LLC or its licensees.

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States of America.

7. Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

How to Use This Form

  • Best practice: Have every photography client sign this before or at the start of the session (digital signature via Jotform, HelloSign, or PDF works great).

  • You can also add a short version or checkbox to your booking form that references this full agreement.

  • Keep signed copies on file for your records (especially important if you ever license to stock agencies).

This form is intentionally broad and strong to protect your ability to use the photos for website showcases, stock sales, advertising, video work, AI content, and future media — exactly as you described.
